All existing and future marway.org users aggree to the articles below by writing YES in the registration form. Violation of one of them will result in the immediate cancellation of the existing account(s) without prior notice. All material stored in the user directories will be backuped and kept offline as long as needed to help Authorities to track users.

We monitor and log all activities on the server(s) 24 x 7. Based on those logs, several tools help us to detect malicious activities or probes. We may decide to cancel an account temporary or definitively. Logs are also backuped on a remote site as long as needed.

Users privacy is always respected. Anyway, we always submit relevant informations when a request is issued from Authorities. But we cannot be held responsible is sensitive data is stolen from the server. Store confidential data in your home directory at your own risk!
We keep the right to refuse a registration request without giving reason.

We do NOT allow:

• Participation to any illegal activity that could affect the marway.org services or interests;
• Hacking, cracking and scanning. Any suspicious activity will result in a cancellation of the account;
• Distribution of illegal materiel (warez, MP3, DiVX, ...), illegal sexual material, credit card information or private third party data;
• File transferts using existing or future P2P applications;
• Attacks such as DDoS or flood originated from a marway.org user account. Any logged attack will be investigated and result in a cancellation of the account(s);
• Usage of excessive local server resources (CPU, RAM, storage).
• Running background process and/or daemons.
• Compilation and/or execution of personal applications
• Mass mailing (mail bombing, fishing, ...)
• Globally, usage of any tools or resources out of their primary usage

Users can only open one session at a time to the marway.org servers. Only the SSHv2 protocol is supported.

We cannot be held responsible to the content of data passing through their servers Again, it's recommanded to NOT store critical or private data on the servers. marway.org cannot be held responsible for any lost and/or corrupted data.

Services are offered for "as is" for free. We have rights to stop offering them without prior notice.

We keep rights to modify this Acceptable User Policy without prior notice. All users agree to respect the new rules.
